A native of USA, Bryan Smolinski was originally drafted to the NHL by the Boston Bruins in the 1st round of the 1990 entry draft. He has appeared in 1056 NHL games during his career, notching 274 goals and adding 377 assists along with 606 penalty minutes. The 37 year old left wing has not yet played for the Montreal Canadiens this season.
